- Thursday, 8h30 pm to 9h30 pm: Swimming (Aquatix Bruxelles – P. Vander Borght)

2. Laeken swimming pool
The Laeken swimming pool is also a place where associations rent time slots to organise sessions reserved for women. These include both swimming lessons and freestyle time:
- Monday, 8h30 pm to 9h30 pm : Swimming (Aquatix Bruxelles – P. Vander Borght)
- Wednesday, 8h15 pm to 9h15 pm: Aquagym (Life Sport Brussels – G. Marchesi)

3. CERIA swimming pool
Every Saturday from 5h30pm to 8pm, the CERIA swimming pool in Anderlecht reserves a slot exclusively for women, with the exception of the month of Ramadan. The ASBL Salsabil, run by Miloudi Rahma, organizes these sessions. It’s an opportunity for women to take part in aquatic activities in a relaxed environment.
4. Neptunium swimming pool
The Neptunium swimming pool in Schaerbeek offers a reserved area for women and children under 10 every Sunday from 8h30 am to 10h30 am. A special feature of this pool is that supervision is carried out exclusively by female lifeguards. If this is not possible for a session, customers are informed on arrival.
5. Saint-Josse baths
Every Sunday morning between 10 am and 12 pm, the swimming pool at the Saint-Josse baths is rented out by the ASBL Objectif Bien-être. This association offers aquagym and swimming classes, as well as free swimming periods reserved for women.
5. Ixelles Swimming Pool
Recently, the Ixelles municipal swimming pool has also started offering a women-only time slot, thanks to the initiative of the non-profit organization FightxLife. Every Sunday from 6 pm to 7 pm, a 100% female-only free swim session is organized in a calm and motivating atmosphere.
This session is open to women aged 12 and over, upon presentation of a membership card.
