Important schedule details
The pool officially opens at 8h, but customers with a one-year “Morning Star” pass can take a dip as early as 6h30 from Monday to Friday.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the pool is open from 8h to 18h55.
The swimming pool is always closed on 25 December and 1 January (on 24 and 31 December, the pool closes at 1:55 PM instead of 6:55 PM).

Last ticket sale and water exit
The last ticket sale is at 6:30 PM, or at 7:30 PM on Fridays. Swimmers must leave the water at 6:55 PM, or at 7:55 PM on Fridays.
Maximum duration: each pool admission ticket is valid for a maximum of 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes), calculated between entry and exit through the turnstiles. Any overstay is charged at €1.50 per started hour.
During periods of high attendance, management reserves the right to temporarily suspend admissions until lockers and changing cubicles become available again.

Accessibility – Sportcity swimming pool
The Sportcity swimming pool in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre is located in the Sportcity sports complex.
Accessibility for people with reduced mobility: two wheelchairs are available at reception. The changing cubicles, showers and toilets are accessible. A Handimove pool lift is available for entering the water. Visitors should report to reception so the lifeguards can install it while they are changing.
Equipment during public swimming sessions: fins, hand paddles, kickboards and pull buoys are permitted; front-mounted training snorkels are tolerated. Kickboards and pull buoys can be borrowed free of charge on request from the lifeguards.
