About the Laeken swimming pool

Located in Laeken, just a stone’s throw from the Bockstael neighborhood, the Laeken swimming pool offers a 25-meter pool, a learning pool, a paddling pool, a slide, a cafeteria, and more.

Built in 1972, the Laeken swimming pool is a municipal pool managed by the non-profit organisation Bains de Bruxelles. It does not have a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, or solarium.

On the territory of the City of Brussels, three public pools offer swimming and aquatic games: the Laeken swimming pool, the Central swimming pool, and the Neder-Over-Heembeek swimming pool.

Last ticket sale and water exit

The Laeken swimming pool asks swimmers to buy their ticket one hour before closing time and to leave the pool 30 minutes before closing time.

For example, when the pool closes at 20h30, swimmers must leave the pool at 20h, i.e. 30 minutes before closing time.
At certain times during the school year, all swimming lanes may be reserved for schools.
