About the Flow outdoor pool

The FLOW pool is a temporary outdoor pool located along the canal in Anderlecht, Brussels.
With dimensions of 17 x 7 meters, it is the only outdoor pool in Brussels accessible to the public.
Open from July to mid-September, the facility includes changing cabins, showers, and lockers (with locks to be brought or purchased on site).
Additionally, certified lifeguards ensure the safety of swimmers.
The pool also features a kiosk where visitors can drink and eat.

In addition to swimming sessions, the Flow outdoor pool offers a program of cultural and sporting activities, including aquagym classes, yoga sessions, and other evening events.

Since 2024, a sauna, named FLOW CHAUD, is also available, providing an additional relaxation experience.

Access to the pool is by reservation online or on-site for 45-minute slots per swimmer.

The FLOW pool does not have dedicated lanes for swimming. It is mainly designed for recreational use, encouraging relaxation and aquatic leisure activities.

The surrounding infrastructure of the pool includes changing rooms and showers. Lockers are available to store personal belongings, but they require a padlock, which you can bring or purchase directly on-site.

A ticket is valid for a 45-minute swimming session, an 80-minute sauna session or an aquagym lesson.

Rules of FLOW outdoor pool

  • Have the ticket with the code, either printed or on a telephone, for the day of the reserved slot.

  • The ticket will be exchanged for an access card, allowing entry to the bathing area or sauna at the time of the reserved slot.

  • It is necessary to change into a bathing suit before entering the swimming area, and a shower is compulsory before entering the pool, including for sauna users.
  • Only clean swimwear (boxer shorts, swim shorts, bathing suits, bikinis and full-body swimsuits) is permitted in the swimming area. Street clothes and underwear are not permitted.

  • Small valuables can be stored in the lockers in the dressing area. A padlock is required, to be brought or purchased at the entrance.

  • Other personal belongings such as bags, clothes, shoes and towels can be placed on shelves in the bathing area.

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in a bathing suit in the bathing area, which includes the pool and sauna.
