Triathlon Indoor Viva For Life: two days of sport and solidarity at the Schaerbeek pool
After the success of its first edition, the Triathlon Indoor Viva For Life is back on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 December 2025 at the Neptunium pool in Schaerbeek. A unique opportunity to challenge yourself, have fun, and support a great cause!
The concept: 3 disciplines, 3 hours, 1 challenge
- 1 hour of swimming
- 1 hour on a home trainer
- 1 hour on a treadmill
A challenge open to participants aged 16 and over on Saturday, or from 10 years old on Sunday — solo or in relay.
Two days, two atmospheres
- Saturday 13 December (8 am – 5 pm): the classic indoor triathlon format, for participants aged 16+. Join as a team or go solo!
- Sunday 14 December (10 am – 3 pm): a more family-friendly day with kids’ activities in the small pool and a mini triathlon starting from age 10.

Kids’ activities on Sunday
- Water games
- Inflatable structures
- Intro to diving
- Mini water polo matches
